About Us
Established in the year 2000, at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (India), we “Pugos Technologies,” are one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and service providers of color sorting & grading systems and Custom Made Vision Systems. The complete system range offered by us include industrial sorters, color sorting machine, dal color sorting machine, grain color sorting machine, dal color sorting machine, rice color sorting machine, color sorting machine. Other than this, we also offer Camera Sorting machine, Large Commodity Sorting machine, Optimal Grading Systems, Custom Made Vision Systems and other Color Sorting Equipment.
We are a partnership firm of two partners, Mr. Mahendran Senthil and Sasirupa. Our business operations are led by Mr. Mahendran Senthil, who is a distinction holder in Mechanical Engineering. He has with him more than 10 years of experience in this field area that includes working with multi-national companies engaged in the designing and development of color sorter machines. Further, our modern production facilities as well as service support provided by experienced industry professionals allow us to deliver the end machinery in both standard & customized specifications. Some of the industry areas we are presently catering to include Agricultural & Spices industry and rice mills.
Today, our expertise in maintaining consistent standards in the offered machinery range and customer centric business policies has helped us in our emergence as leading manufacturers & exporters in our field area. Featuring high speed operations and precision operational value, the system’s availability at competitive rates has also helped us in establishing a firm presence in the national and international markets. Owing to this, we have achieved a turnover target of 60 lakhs till April-August 2009. Since our machines got good success in market, we are planning to increase our production capacity and expecting to get a turnover of 1.5 to 2 crore for the current year (2009-2010).
History
The official company was formed on 12th December 2008. The first product was launched on February 2009 for rice milling industry, designed using cutting edge technology. After the successful installation of the first machine, we have made six installations in Tamil Nadu. In August, the company participated in an international trade fair which was held in Delhi. Successively the company appointed marketing channels in Delhi and other parts of India.

Color SortersColor sorting is a solution for ensuring effective separation of unwanted contamination & foreign material from good material based on differentiation in color and type.
Color sorter machines are integrated with high end Optics & electronic components that effectively combines embedded system with digital image technique. The sorting operations depend on the principles of differentiating color of foreign material from good one by using advanced CCD/high resolution sensors that use image capturing process for checking these unwanted / discolored or defected grains. The defects are removed at high speeds successfully without any human interface required with final result being uniform , single color product that adds value to any brand/food value of grains.
We have been manufacturing & supplying color sorters for meeting the sorting demands of grains, cereals, pulses, seeds, nuts, plastics and other commodities of similar nature. Our color sorters are based on hi-tech technology that allow our machines to successfully meet the demands of food processing industry.

Further, we also have with us in-house design unit that feature CAD/CAM facility, which allow us to achieve flawless designing and production standards of the machines as specified by our global clients. Our full fledged ware house, reliable logistic facilities & service support of experienced and skilled staff also assist us in delivering the manufactured product range within the mutually agreed time frame. We are also regularly maintaining bulk stock in every item, so as to successfully meet the demands of urgent orders. All machines are handled by our highly skilled and experienced team of personnel.
